Speaking at the Good Food Ireland awards ceremony Margaret Jeffares, Managing Director, Good Food Ireland applauded the award winners and the Good Food Ireland network of businesses for their continuous commitment to the purchasing of local food; “It is only through serving our customers and international visitors to Ireland the food of our country and by telling them the story behind it that we can become a unique food tourism destination,” said Ms Jeffares.
